Charcuterie Board – Family Knot

The carving of the Family Knot is set into a piece of Black Walnut. Measuring 17 inches long and around 9 1/2″ wide, is one inch thick with tapered ends replacing the need for handles, leaving more room for food.

The Chartcuterie board has become the way for serving cheeses and cured meats to family and guests alike. The word Charcuterie is French from the 16th century and sounds more appetizing and fancier than saying, Cheese Board or Meat Platter.

These are considered live edge Charcuterie boards with all loose bark removed and treated with mineral oil and beeswax.
